DIN Connector - Female

This female 5-way DIN connector is used for audio and general purpose signal applications.

DIN Connector - Male

This male 5-way DIN connector is used for audio and general purpose signal applications.

Coaxial Connectors - SMA

The miniature coaxial SMA connectors are used for very high frequency (VHF) and ultra high frequency (UHF) applications. This type of connector is designed to be used in a matched 50W system.

Terminal Connectors - 4mm

Single-pole connectors like this 4mm terminal post are used for power and test instrument connections.

Phono Connector - Chassis Mounting

Phono connectors are used for low-cost audio applications. Such connectors are normally used with coaxial cables which use an outer copper braided screen to reduce the effects of hum and noise.

Solid State Relay

Solid-state relays are used to control mains-connected loads such as lamps and motors from a low-voltage low-current source. Relays of this type provide a very high degree of electrical isolation between the controller and the controlled circuit.

DIL Relay

Relays provide a means of switching relatively large currents and voltages from very much smaller currents and voltages. In addition, relays can provide a very high degree of electrical isolation between the controller and the controlled circuit. This miniature dual-in-line (DIL) relay is designed for printed circuit board mounting.

Plug-in-relay

This plug-in relay operates four separate sets of changeover (CO) contacts, each rated at 250V 1A. The relay coil requires an operating current of 75mA at 12V.

Quartz Crystals

Quartz crystals provide the frequency determining element in many precision oscillator and clock circuits. Each crystal comprises a thin slice of quartz - the physical dimensions and "cut" determining the exact frequency of resonance. These three crystals are designed to produce frequencies of 100kHz, 1.8432MHz and 3.2768MHz. Many other standard frequencies are available.

Voltage dependant resistors

Voltage dependent resistors (or varistors) are designed to protect circuits and equipment from transient pulses (or 'spikes') which may be present on voltage supplies. Varistors have resistances that fall to a very low level whenever a particular threshold voltage (of either polarity) is exceeded.
