Software Developer (C++)


Development of our flagship software environment, Flowcode

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can help us develop and maintain software products in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

You will join an established development team of software and electronic engineers with responsibility for full product lifecycle development of a wide range of products. Your specific role will focus mainly on our flagship Flowcode graphical programming environment working on its design, development and maintenance.

The role will involve many different aspects of development including user interface design, C++ coding, technical documentation, product testing, and user support. This is a challenging role that will push and develop your coding skills.

In addition to working on Flowcode, there is the possibility of performing wider duties across our overall range of products. This may involve helping to maintain existing products, as well as working on new projects.

Ideally, you will have some experience of Windows programming in a commercial environment and have a flexible and diligent approach to work, working equally comfortably under your own initiative and as part of a team.

Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have an interest in embedded programming and electronics.
