Re: ATmega3216p programming error

Hi
If you open the conf and the back up in note pad find the atmega32 bit, then look for the eprom and flash parts you will see I changed the delays from 6 to 10 and from 10 to 20, as some avrs are fussy about the programming speeds
Glad it worked

Re: ecio 40pin and win8

HI
You need to disable driver signing on win8 (lots of how tos on google)
then install all drivers (dont restart pc till youve done all drivers)
restart pc and it should work
In win8 if you disable driver signing its only disabled until you restart

Re: How do I size my arrays with Boost C 7.04 version?

HI Carmen
I think Martin uses a program called pic simulator do a search on this forum as martin has linked to it quite a few times, i think you compile to hex then load the hex into the sim and away you go

Re: Software reset PIC

Hi you could use the watchdog timer , if enabled you have to regularly check it, so you would let it time out where you wanted a reset to occur (search the forum as there are some good posts on using it, another way would be to use a sparepin and use it to drive the mclr pin when a reset is required...
