Morning. Yes, you are right - I was thinking return '1' for match, '0' for mismatch but the function should return 0 for match. Hi John, You have got the clock speed within project options set to: 20000000 =20MHz. The internal osc is set by osccon command and not by the clock settings within project options. If you don't add an osccon=0xxx; then the internal osc will default to 4MHz on these chips. So you will need to change...

This sounds like an issue with a firewall (Windows Defender?) or anti-virus program preventing the launch of BoostC. Does the same problem occur if you boot the computer in safe mode? And are there any logs for the firewall (etc) that might show what the problem is? There may also be a way of "...

Hi Steve,

mLoader should be used as the programmer, so the first two text fields are correct.

However PPP is still required in v5 to do the chip configuration settings so the last two text fields need to be reverted back to how they were.
