Re: Where is the PWM and LUT

Thank you Martin.
I just found that 30sec before I have read your post.
Why I did not try that in those 15-20 min of my previous search, before posting, is hard to say...
Thank you one more time for the quick answer.

Re: Bit testing in a register

Dear Martin, Thank you for the answer. I tried to understand from where do you know that beside your experience. Or better said, how should I know/search such info? Where is the help file, the manual which leads to such info in case was no answer in the forum. Well, I found next: - the "FCV_&qu...

Lighting communication protocols

Hello,

I would suggest/request to add in future, if it is possible, next communications protocols used in many lighting applications:
- DALI
- DMX
- KNX

It would be a valuable tool for many programers and I think will increase the sales of FlowCode.

Re: LCD – OLED interface

I can confirm the YES above. I purchased next LCD and OLED from http://www.tme.eu : LCD: RAYSTAR OPTRONICS RC2004A-BIW-ESX ( http://www.tme.eu/en/details/rc2004ab/lcd-alphanumeric-displays/raystar-optronics/rc2004a-biw-esx /) OLED: RAYSTAR OPTRONICS REC002004AYPP5N00000 ( http://www.tme.eu/en/detail...

Re: Using the Data Scope

0 = 0x01 1 = 0x02 2 = 0x04 3 = 0x08 4 = 0x10 5 = 0x20 6 = 0x40 7 = 0x80 0, 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 represent the pin number. So for pin A0 we have 0 and for pin A1 we have 1 and for pin B3 we have 3 and for pin B5 we have 5. Then the mask is (2 power (pin number)) in hex. That means for pin A0 we have ...

Re: Rotary Quadrature Encoder

Here is an update with my last trials. I tried the proposed filter from E-block and additional next filter: http://tunafishsandwich.wordpress.com/2011/11/02/rotory-encoders-integration-and-debouncing/ which has a nice explanation with calculations here: http://www.eng.utah.edu/~cs5780/debouncing.pdf...

Re: gLCD - Celsius degree symbol

Finally I sort it out. It works just fine also with small Font 0. I think was a problem due to my copy/paste between FlowCode ASCII0 LUT and Word/Notepad. I tried one more time from scratch and I replaced/edit inside the FlowCode ASCII0 LUT the 5bytes. It is hard there inline because is easy to lose...

Re: Slow Graphical LCDs

Hi Benj, There are different OLED mini displays 0.96“and 1.3“, that I am aware, so don’t know about bigger sizes, which are using the SH1106 controller. For example I have SainSmart 1.3" SPI and Waveshare 0.96” SP/I2C both displays with SH1106. I will provide below more info. There is no proble...

Re: KNX communication

DMX-512 and DALI components from FlowCode are only the seen part of the iceberg. If someone wants to implement a slave to control a lighting device, then a lot of code must be written. Let’s take for example DALI. We can find on dali-ag.org the user manual free, where a lot of parameters are describ...

Now FlowCode version is 7.2.1. Does this version include the improved component creation features or not yet ? If yes, are any tutorials or examples, guides how to use those features? I know it seems I am impatient and that “improved component creation” seems “far away” as donkey from Sherk2 asks ht...

Re: 24HJ64GP202 – Clock settings – Internal oscillator

In mean time the problem is solved by specifying manual the clock settings according with datasheet formula (N1, N2, M). N1=3 (PLLPRE, Input/3) would mean FCR/3=7.37MHz/3=2.456MHz, which is in the required range 0.8MHz-8MHz Then M=63 (PLLDIV=0x3F) then we get 2,456MHz*63=154.77MHz for VCO, which is ...

PIC24 and DAC SPI MCP4921

Hi Benj,
For example next:
dsPIC33EP128GS702
dsPIC33EP64GS502
dsPIC33EP32GS502
dsPIC33EP16GS502

I am interested in the internal DAC usage from these chips.
