Re: help with data logging shield v 1.0

Hi Ricardo For the SD card you can use the pins for SPI. This pins are on the right side on a "strange" connector To start program the SD Card just drag and trop from the component Data the component FAT(SD, SDHC) on your dashboard and try it! regards Stefan Sd.PNG Arduino2.PNG Arduino.PNG

Hi Ben There is a cheap programmer for PIC's (less than 20$) and it's working fine with Flowcode 8 Just change to /TPSNAP in the --compileroption ----programmer -----parameter like this: /P$(chip) /F"$(outdir)$(target).hex" /TPSNAP /M /OL I suspect this applies to all programmers in the sa...

Re: Setting PB2CLK for PIC32MZ2048EFG144 - Unlock Sequence

Hi Brendan

There is like sample how to unlook:

viewtopic.php?f=76&t=20561&p=91247&hilit=unlock+sequence#p91247

But for the UART Speed read this:

I hope it helps

Re: SD Card file name

Hi Alan A long time ago, filenames had 8 characters and 3 characters for the extension as standard. I also hope that the flowcode will be able to process long file names in the future. I have been working with the Flowcode file system for a long time and it works very reliably. My suggestion for you...

Re: Pic32MZ2048EFH100 /200Mhz Uart's too slow

Hi Speed64, Hi Medelec

PIC32MX and PIC32MZ have different value for the Baudrateregister and there is a BRGH Bit to set or clear.

I don't really know that either. But the problem is just in the PIC32MZ and not in another PIC like PIC16.

Re: Pic32MZ2048EFH100 /200Mhz Uart's too slow

Hi Speed64

You can insert a C Code with a line like this.
This C Code has to be after the init the Uart!
I did not try the 9600 baud but for the 115200 it's working nice.

U1BRG=2592; // setzt uart 1 auf 9600
U4BRG=216; // setzt uart 4 auf 115200

Check your path from the filename. Sometimes letter like "äöüé" from swiss-german give this problems.

There is a trial software for 90 day's you can use for convert, test, remesh, from all format to all format....

Hi Ben

The simulation is working fine.

In the hardware its' showing for all the AN signals the value from AD0. If I change the paramter from AN01 Vref to 5Volt
it' shows the the value still from AN0, but in the range of 5 volt.

Hi Ben I changed the CPU from PIC32MZ2048ECG100 to PIC32MZ2048EFG100 And I tried the same with PIC32MZ2048EFH100 and there the PIN C4 is working on SPI2 as MISO. So I tried it again with the PIC32MZ2048EFG100 and it's working now there also. I don't know exactly why. But that's fine regards Stefan

Re: Setting PIC32MX and PIC32MZ Clock Options

Hello Brendan Yes that's very nice. Thank's a lot. So you can quickly and easily change clock properties. There is a way to do this during the program. Somehow with the unlook sequences and keyword (syskey). I only suspect that. But putting the PIC in a power-saving mode would be a good thing. As an...

Re: SCADA and PC networkcard

Hi Ben 5 network cards sounds interesting To record a 3D movement track you need 3 fast cameras. One for each axis( X, Y, Z). These cameras mostly have a GIGE interface, which is about 1Giga-lan. Each camera needs a network connection to transfer the data for 80,000 lines with 2000 pixels per second...
