Re: Problems choosing character size on 128x64 display
Hello Ben ! I'm using version 9. I noticed that the display has a certain delay to load the characters, which can be 1 or 2 seconds, depending on what you want to show. I did a test using an arduino nano (in serial mode, using the arduino code example) and saw that the data loads quickly into the di...

Re: Problems choosing character size on 128x64 display
Hello !! I am using real hardware. I always use simulations before testing in the real world, but my Proteus doesn't provide the component (display st7920) so I can test it virtually.

Problems choosing character size on 128x64 display
Hi. I'm learning to use 128x64 display (ST7920). But I'm having trouble modifying the size of the characters shown on the display. Regardless of what I do, the size is the same. Could anyone give any tips? I'm posting a flowchart that I set up to try to change the font size, but it doesn't change.

Re: Problems Using Interrupts on Atmega88
Hello Martin! I used your flowchart and adapted it for Atmega88. Worked perfectly ! I am very grateful for your willingness to have helped. You really took me out of a puzzle to make interrupts work. Thank you very much !

Re: Problems Using Interrupts on Atmega88
Hi. I'm trying to make the led blink to check if the interrupts are working. The second led blinks using a delay so I can see if the chip is really working (Because the breadboard connections are not so good and I can check if the chip is being powered).

Problems Using Interrupts on Atmega88
Hi. I'm recently testing an Atmega88 so far I've had a lot of problems. After a few attempts I managed to make a led blink (because I didn't know the chip settings well). But I can only make it blink using using pooling. Another port should be told using interrupts, but it doesn't work. I selected d...

FlowCode 6 license appearing to me without having been purchased
Hi. When accessing my account on the flowcode website www.flowcode.co.uk the license for flowcode 6 appears, which is shown in the screenshot as being a PRO license. I'm sending some screenshots. When I use the license, it doesn't work, as FlowCode 6 says it is invalid. Why does it happen ? Would it...

Re: Multiplexing 7-segment 4-digit display with 74HC595
Hello, Medelec35! The number of the component in the proteus is 7SEG-MPX4-CA-BLUE. At a slow clock speed it is possible to notice that the digits light up at the correct time, but using the clock at real speed on the proteus the software cannot simulate. I am sending the proteus file attached.

Multiplexing 7-segment 4-digit display with 74HC595
Hello everyone from the forum. I came here with the objective of posting something I did for those who know how to help some collector interested or who is having problems with it. I produced the flowchart for a 7-segment 4-digit display using a 74HC595. The 10-bit ADC values are shown on the displa...

Re: Problem reading 10-bit ADC on 12F675 PIC
I modified the flowchart and applied some minor improvements. For 8-bit ADC reading, everything goes perfectly fine. I am sending the flowchart that works. But, something still leaves me in doubt ... When I try to read the 10-bit ADC, an error message is displayed during compilation. I tried in ever...

Problem reading 10-bit ADC on 12F675 PIC
765/5000 Hello. I set up the code for a triac thermostat controlled by a 12F675 PIC, but some error is occurring. The thermostat works as follows: a zero crossing detector sends a high level signal to the microcontroller and after that, the microcontroller varies the triac drive actuation delay time...

Problems with different preescaler Loops
Hello. I'm having some problems regarding timing through interrupts. I need to understand a concept that is giving me problems in my project. I'm posting a reduced flowchart just so I can understand the idea. In the original flowchart I need someone who at a given time has a wide interval between in...

Re: Problems reading the DHT11 sensor
I have a problem that I still can not solve. I'm trying in every possible way. I need to read the sensor at regular intervals, and at the same time make the timing of a clock. I am using a 16F877A and a crystal of 20MHZ (with very low frequencies it was not possible to read the sensor). I want a pre...

Re: Problems reading the DHT11 sensor
I have corrected my flowchart. In the flow chart, I used humidity equal to 0. The loop operates until the sensor shows some humidity value above 20%, ie the loop works until the sensor can be read and "x" shows how many loops were needed to read the sensor. In actual hardware testing the lcd shows t...

Re: Problems reading the DHT11 sensor
Happy New Year to all !. I'm putting together a controller for incubators. Several functions are performed at the same time, including a stopwatch for a clock. This way, I can not enter loop. I am trying to get the sensor to read and can determine how much time has been spent for this by correcting ...

Problems reading the DHT11 sensor
Hi. I'm having trouble reading a DHT11 sensor. I was able to read the sensor normally in other flowcharts, but in this particular flowchart I did not succeed. The purpose of this flowchart is to make a Loop work until the sensor returns with the humidity value. After this, the humidity value is show...

Settings for ATmega328P
Hello. To date I have used PIC drivers. But recently, I decided to explore an ATmega328P (No Arduino bootloader). I tried to make a flashing LED but I did not succeed. I am using an 8MHz crystal, but I do not understand the settings of this microcontroller. There are several frequency options that s...

I also had problems, but using a DHT Sensor. Only later did I find out that I was using crystals of very low speed (4 and 8 MHz). My problem was solved with a higher speed crystal (20MHz).
