Re: Android App for matrix board

Hello,

That is great, thank you!
Concerning the embedded, do I change only the component? The rest of the concept ( flowchart details) remain the same?

Thank you

2.4 Ghz MODULE

Hello, I have the following 2.4 Ghz module RFM70D ( http://telefab.fr/lab/media/datasheet/RFM70.pdf ) which works with SPI. I did not get it to work still but I guess that is a simple communication between the module and PIC through SPI - send receive bytes through the flowcode macros. My question i...

Android App for matrix board

Hello, I wanted to ask if Matrix Mult. has any plans releasing any android app that can connect directly on the zigbee or any other module of the matrix boards? Also another idea is, for an app with which the phone would connect through wifi to a PC running a server software; which server can commun...

I had the impression that after downloading the flowcode routine to ECIO containing the serial component then windows would re-detect ECIO as USB-something device and then would ask for th...

Hello Ben, I do not know why I am kind of lost with this -since I have done it before!- but I cannot make the ECIO to appear as com device in device manager. I can only make it to appear as custom USB device> flowcode USB slave. Is that how is supposed to be? I remember once that it could appear as ...

Re: visual basic for communication with eblocks

Hello Ben,

Thank you for the reply.

Can you please tell me how to create an exe of VBA form, from Excel as the one you have in the examples folder?
I can see that the example you have is in exe format but designing in Excel is just in Excel format.

Thank you,

Re: CAN BUS interpretation

Hello Enamul,

Many thanks for you reply!
If you are planning to use external CAN controller with PIC you need both MCP2515 & MCP 2551.
I thought that the Matrix CAN board had these controllers embedded?

Thank you,

Hello, I have the can bus board and I need to set it up in order to communicate with a generator. My question is: 1. So if anyone needs to add some 433Mhz connectivity to their project these tranceivers do the work!

Hello Thanks for the replies. John your routine didn't work! :) Martin, your's did! Although seems to be working a little bit slow but maybe it is because of the interrupts? Also, (haven't looked at the routine yet) but zero degrees are not actually at zero and 180 degrees are somewhere about to 90 ...

Hello Ben, I understand your theory but, is it still valid even if I manage to get the servo from angle 0 to angle 180 directly and instantaneously using the timer0 and the servo still works fine? So, about the extra 5v PSU, how to I "plug" it in my existing hardware arrangement? Do I use the 5V "no...

Re: which servo

Ben,

I still cannot get the servo component to work as expected even with a brand new servo. At large angles the servo board looses power and I need to reset the board. As aforementioned the servo works perfectly with the timer0.

Any other recommendations???
