LDR and MIC datasheet

Hi,

I am interested in the sensors found on the formula flowcode buggy. In the circuit diagram, the circuit for the IR sensors have been well explained and referenced (TSAL 5100). But, I would like to get the datasheets for the microphone and the LDR also please. And could you please explain how they work?

Hi

The LDR and microphone are generic parts.
The microphone is of the electret type and is powered via R26, it has a pre-amplifier for input to the microcontroller ADC.
The LDR is a resistor whose resistance decreases with increasing light intensity.
For more comprehensive details on how they work I suggest you search articles such as those on Wikipedia.
For details of typical parts, for example, MIC: Rapid 35-0192, LDR: Rapid 58-0134 at http://www.rapidonline.com/
