EB063 RF Tune

Post by MM3001 »

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew the best way to tune the EB063 boards

TX & RX

I don't know where to start with the settings

Thank you
After the game, the king and the pawn go into the same box.

Hi
The boards are fixed to the 433 868 or 915 MHz bands
The properties dialog let you move the frequency a small amout (430.2425 to 439.7550) MHz for example with the 433 Board.
This is done by moving the slider.

Both Rx and Tx need to be set to the same frequency to work correctly.
Ive attched a simple half duplex Tranceiver flowchart.

Just load this into both systems
EB063-Keypad Half Duplex Transciever.fcf
Half Duplex Tcvr
(12.5 KiB) Downloaded 456 times
Pressing a key on one system will show on the LCD on the other system.

They wont both transmit at the same time though.

The boards only work with the professional version of flowcode

This is a simpler set up.

One system is just transmit and the other is just receive
EB063-Keypad Rx.fcf
Receiver
(11 KiB) Downloaded 528 times
EB063-Keypad Tx.fcf
Transmit
(11.5 KiB) Downloaded 503 times

Thanks for the reply John :)

The keypad files that you have posted have proven to be very useful as I have previously looked at them, a good source of info.

I think that maybe I should have worded my initial post a little bit better as I was referring to the Tx & Rx_tune component macros in flowcode.
On the programme I am working on Noise seems to be an issue :|

If you could help with my issue it would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you
