Usual Delivery dates?

Post by EddieB »

I purchased the multiprogrammer and the flowcode 3 beginner package last thursday...I was wondering, do you make the boards when you get the orders? Or pre make them?....

Hello Eddie,

We are looking into why you haven't received your order yet. The boards are in stock, so it would have just been a case of processing the order and sending the package out.

Note that we don't always process orders on Fridays, so if your order was placed late on Thurs it would not have got processed until Monday. Even then, it would have been shipped to you on Monday and you should receive it today at the latest.

Hey,

I did order it late Thursday, so as you say it should have been dispatched on Monday. Its late Wednesday now, so I should be seeing it sometime soon?

Thanks for the quick reply.

Cheers

Eddie,

I believe my colleague, Jayne, has tried to contact you via email to sort this out. If you haven't received an email from her and this order is still outstanding, can you please contact her:

Eddie,

Check out the 'Regulator gets hot post' particularly since your other post suggests you are using your own ower supply.
