Where is the "getting started" guide

Hi,

I've just got myself an E-blocks starter kit and I'm keen to get going with it. Problem is, I can't find the manual "Getting started with E-blocks.pdf". I've found several refereces to it being on the Elsam CD in the E-blocks folder but I cannot see it there - the folder only contains a load of sub-folders, one for each e-block, and none of them seem to contain the getting started manual. I've googled and crawled all over Matrix's site but I can't find a downloadable copy either.

Could anyone help me out here, either by telling me where I should have been looking on the CD or the internet, or by sending me a copy?
