EB185 Connection Problem

Hello
i have a EB185 ARM Microcontroller and when i connect it to PC via USB i had a problem
i have attach the problem
what i have to do?
please help

Wow that's a big screenshot or is it a photo? This could be very useful for you in future: http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

I've reduced the size so we can easily see what's going on.

SAM-BA is for reflashing the bootloader. The bootloader should already be present on the board so you can use our mLoader programming tool to talk to the ARM hardware.

sorry for the picture..
the problem is it does not recognize USB ... although I installed drivers

Hello,

I have a feeling the default port flasher program that ships with the EB185 simply toggles all the port pins. If you connect up a LED E-block to a port you should be able to see this.

If the I/O lines connected to the USB are toggling then they will bring up the USB device not recognised error.

If you press reset on the ARM board then it should briefly appear in device manager as a valid HID device (about 5 seconds) and then leave bootloader mode and go back to the default program (toggling the I/O).
