ECIO integrated with PC based programs

The ECIO datasheet page 3 says
ECIO can be integrated with PC based programs like LabView and Visual Basic.

This is enabled by a DLL and a suite of sample programs that can
be downloaded to the ECIO to provide a fully controllable
slave device from PC based applications.
Where can the DLL and the sample programs be found ?
