MCP23017 schematic

Hi,

I want to connect 2 of these I/O expansion boards to 16F887 and 18F4620. Both will be on the same slave PCB from the main pic and I will use RJ12 to connect the main PIC board to the expansion board. Th RJ12 cables will be about 6 inches long. I will have 5V coming from the main PIC to power these boards.

Can someone supply me with a schematic will proper resistors/capacitors for this circuit.

I am ordering some prototype boards and I wanted to put a quick schematic together to include it in my order.
