Tick boxes for different options e.g enable weak pull-ups
Tick which ports require weak pull-ups.
For people who compile to hex, then use a separate programmer: Tick boxes for config options applicable to target chip.
Not having configuration set is one reason for real hardware not working same as Flowcode simulator.
This will save running a separate software program to determine and entering chip config settings.
