Re: Christmas Sudoku
Thanks for your reactions, all of you.
I came interested into Sudoku's due to Elektor magazine ( http://www.elektor.com ). It publishes each month a Hexaduko (16x16 in stead of 9x9). Even in the July/August number they publish a special one. Once an Alphadoku (25x25) and an Alphanumsky (36x36). Hexadoku's can be with much trouble solved by hand. But all other needs a computer. I made a program for NxN Sudoku's in VBA, as used in e.g. Excel and Access. This took indeed a lot of time and after 3 years I'm still improving this program.
Honestly speaking, I solved a lot of Elektor Hexadoku's in this way. But, nevertheless, to my big surprise I won the first prize about a year ago. And that was....... Flowcode 4 with some E-blocks among which EB006! I was completely unknown in the field of microcontrollers. But I'm lost now and became a big supporter.
This explains the interest in Sudoku’s. In the Christmas Sudoku Flowcode the most difficult part for me, was the algorithm for the test of the numbers 1 until 9 in a box, for all 9 boxes.
