USB communication with MIAC

Hi guys,
I have managed to set linker for the program memory to start at address 0x0800 it does work perfect, using this link: http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcpl ... e=en558478 thanks very much it was very useful, but now i have written some code in C using the MPLAB x IDE and i am having problem with uploading the code to MIAC. does any one knows how to transfer the code to MIAC using the USB?
