The self-exclude themselves interrupt TMR0

Do you support the display LCD4x16 can cause disabling interrupts from TMR0?
I use PIC16F628A, the program I got from TMR0 interrupt handling, maintenance LCD4x16, and the RS232 port. For startcie program TMR0 service it is what you see in the simulation During operation shuts down TMR0 service. What could be causing this?
