At about the same time of my hart attach, my computer crashed. My children installed a new computer, but I find that all main directories have the same date of January 18, 2020, while the files have all earlier/older dates.
I created new directories with different, older dates under Windows 10. So far no problem. But as soon I put a file in this new directory, the date of this directory will be changed in todays date. Can someone help me solve this problem? How to change the date of a directory?

This app works well for what you want to do: Changed date of directory as you can see.
Works on my 64bit windows 10 PC but only for years 2000 and after.
