flowcode programmer for PIC12C672

Hi.
I'm looking for a reliable Flowcode programmer or company that can program the above chips as used in a battery charging application.
There is an existing working product but we need to be able to make quick changes to the software for different charging requirements.
I want to stick to this chip for now as i need the device to be a drop in replacement for the OEM part.
Any offers?
