New install Flowcode 5.5.2.1 on Windows 10 License failed

New install Flowcode 5.5.2.1 on Windows 10 License failed

I have just installed Windows 10 64Bit on a new computer. I have downloaded Flowcode V5.5.2.1 form the Matrix website.

After install this version it asked me for a license key. I fill in my license key and the program tells me that the key is valid and accepted.

When I run Flowcode V5.5.2.1 it tells me to activate the program, when I click on the Activate button it shows me a message: Activation Failed. Please contact technical support.

Even when I run the program as Administrator it makes no difference.

Please help me.

Please can you PM me your license key and I will investigate for you. I searched the system for your registered forum email address but didn't find a match.
