Buttons - ICD and Simulation Speed

Last one! well last two...
A button (or shortcut key) to toggle the ICD feature.
A button (or shortcut key) to override the currently selected simulation speed (what ever that may be i.e. 10) with Fastest mode.
When tweaking I'm can sometime be forever clicking into the menus that hold these functions.
I'm just lazy.

Aaah, was stuck in habits from FC V4 and only just found the ICD toggle option under the FC V5 Debug menu.....
