Can't install program

Hi, I need to install this program for a training in 2 weeks, but I get the following error code:
Error 1402, could not open key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\Software\interface\{BEF6E003-A874-101A-8BBA-00AA00300CAB}\NumMethods
I use a windows 10 64-bit machine. Tried to install as administrator, used clean boot, set registry permission to edit for everyone, but keep on getting this error.
Anyone who can help me?
