This is the first time that I wanted to use the EB-006-00-6 with the new FLOWCODE-V6
So I did install the PPPv3 software on the Windows 7 Home – 64 bit computer.
I clicked on PPPv3 shortcut and it says NTPORT.DLL was not found.
It is strange because the NTPORT.DLL is in the map C:\program files (x86)\Flowcode 6\tools.
I fixed this problem by copying NTPORT,DLL in the map PPPv3.
PPPv3 is starting now, but it starts almost outside the screen.
What do I have to change in Flowcode V6 to use this board EB-006-00-6 with Flowcode V6.
Please help.
Taurus.

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view.
Re: PPPv3 Problem EB-006-00-6 with Windows7 – home 64bit
Sorry Steve, your answer did not help.
Because I don’t know what I do wrong, please help.
Every time when I try to write to the programmer board EB-006-00-6, I get the message: USB cable not connected. (I have two boards).
On one of the boards is a sticker
PPP. Do not remove: DOM:03/12/10
on the other board
PPP. Do not remove: DOM:10/04/08
The USB cable is connected from the PC to the Programmer Board EB-006-00-6.
To be sure that the installed PPPv3 program could not be the problem, I did remove this program and did reinstall Flowcode V6.
These are the settings I made:
Compiler
Location: $(appdir)compilers\pic\boostc\boostc_$(family:/12F/16F).exe
Parameter: -v -t PIC$(chip:u) "$(target).c"
Link:
Location: $(appdir)compilers\pic\boostc\boostlink_picmicro.exe
Parameter: -ld "$(appdir)compilers\pic\boostc\lib" libc_$(family:/12F/16F).lib rand_$(family:/12F/16F).lib float_$(family:/12F/16F).lib "$(target).obj" -t PIC$(chip:u) -d "$(outdir:~-1)" -p "$(target)" -swcs 6 2
Programmer
Location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Flowcode 6\tools\PPP\PPPv3.exe
Parameter: -cs 2 -chip PIC$(chip:u) -nogui "$(outdir)$(target).hex"
Are these settings correct?
When yes, how can I fix the problems with these programmer boards?
My computer data are:
Intel® Core (tm) i7 – 2600 CPU 3.40 GHz, 8.00 GB RAM, type System 64 bit.
I use Windows 7 home premium.
Greetings Taurus.

Hi Taurus ,
Have you got correct drivers installed from:
here (EB006 (v8 and older) / HP488 USB Driver)?
Perhaps download and reinstall drivers may help?
If this does not work, then will check My EB006 V7 tonight.
