Patch 3 outstanding repoted bugs

1) If PrintASCII "Any String" is used within FC5 then with V6 there will be an 'Index out of bounds' Massage. when running simulation
2) Configuration settings not importing from FC5 (This was only mentioned on Tuesday 27th so may not have been scheduled for patch3?).
