Formula Flowcode Buggy not found in W7 W10

Post by on7wp »

Dear readers,

we are a school having a school licence.

I had flowcode 6 installed on 16 computers. The computers upgraded to W7, a few to W10.

When I connect any of my 18 flowcode buggies to any of my computers, NOTHING happens. NO DEVICE is detected in the USB, COM port or other section of windows Device Manager.

They promised me it would be solved by installing Flowcode 7. We are about to buy it to include our Arduino projects, so I installed it on two computers in Free version, both on a W7 and on a W10 and exactly the same happens. NOTHING is detected in Device manager. Windows does not see the Flowcode Buggy USB connection.

Anybody who can help.

Just to be sure, it is NOT about one defective device, all 18 buggies behave the same on all 40 computers...

Hello,

Is the robot a Formula Flowcode or might it be a Formula AllCode?

The reset button needs to be pressed when connecting the robot to the PC via USB to allow it to be seen by the PC and reprogrammed.

The USB driver also needs to be installed (Formula Flowcode only).
