Locktronics Equipment

Post by Steve001 »

Morning

Looking at the Locktronics stuff is there a basic electrical package to be able to teach "relay logic systems " to our apprentices as this topic don't seam to be taught anymore in collages.

looking for:

A supply
Relay with coil N/O, N/C contacts or change over contact
Push Buttons N/O, N/C
Switch(s)
Volt Meter
Ammeter
Lamp or LED

Before i get a raft of suggestions to move into the 21st century and use a PLC like i did from one of our apprentices collage lecturers, 95% of our customers do not allow PLC's in there control systems and this is written into the spec's.

Hi Steve,
We don't have a relay logic training package, but do have a range of switches and relays..

I'll pass your suggestion on and see if there are any other options.
Thanks,
Leigh

Hi Steve,

To supplement Leigh's answer, here are the range of bulbs and LEDs:

And here are some meters, although for accurate readings we would recommend hand-held multimeters:

Looking at your list, we do not have N/C relays and switches, but we do have blank carriers which allow you to make your own:

Hope this helps.
Steve.
