For the new component coming in flowcode 8 is the BL0036 board required to program the PI board.
Thank you.

Hi
No it is not needed,

Re: Flowcode 8 Raspberry PI 2 / 3
Thanks
Just one more question please
I also need to get the arm pack for flowcode 7 (a different project) but as you know flowcode 8 will be released in the coming days and I guess I will also need to buy the pack for that I plan on upgrading to flowcode 8 on release but if I purchase the pack for flowcode 7 will I still need to purchase or upgrade cost for flowcode 8 or because I’ve purchased so close this cost will be waved.
Cheers

I'm not sure about that.
I'll ask sales team on Monday, if that's not too late.

Any licence features that have been purchased since 1st April 2018, will be upgraded to version 8 for free.
However, the cost of chip packs is reducing in version 8 slightly, so you would probably be advised to upgrade to version 8 on Wednesday when we release, and then adding the ARM chip pack
