ghost or oscilloscope

Hi Ben
On my board(Pic32MZ) I have a spi port and a interrupt pin. Both is working but not as I expect.
I add a small connector to all this pins, so there are avaible for an additional hardware.
Is it possible to use ghost or the oscilloscope to control it?
Can I use my own hardware for it? With a second PIC or a second board?
Or the eblock would help?
