can anyone help me? What do I have to do to get my paid flowcode8?

What do you mean !
If you followed the instruction on the FC8 page you will have a user account and your registration key is attached in your user account
you down load FC8 and attach your key and your done.it is a one step process when paying for Flowcode .
you will have to tell us what and how you did the purchase for people to help you

I bought flowcode8 under "https://www.matrixtsl.com/flowcode/" and then download. To date, I have not received any mail from Matrix just a message from the bank that the money was debited by Matrix.

Hi.

Normally you have a user account registered and the key is automatically attached to your account.
However I am no specialist in this, I am sure Ben will help you soon to solve the problem.

Hi Pascal,

please PM me your username and email address and i will have a look into this for you as a matter of urgency. You should have received an email with your key, however if the email has not reached you for some reason you may not have this.
