No port selection with Injector (COM) [Solved]

Hello, maybe someone has an idea?
There are no ports listed in the Injector (COM), the field is empty. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64Bit and FC8 with ECIO40P16.
I do not even know if it's Windows or the flowcode.
The only changes are updates of Windows and FC8 that have been done.

I hope someone can help me where to look!

Hi Christina,
I have tried both COM injector and Serial monitor.
Both are picking up com ports with V8.1
Have you looked at the Device manager and see if ports are listed in the Ports section?
I'm using 64 bit Windows 10.

On the notebook I have in the Device Manager 7 Com ports, on Tablet4.
I have meanwhile tested FC8 on a Windows 7 installation without updates and the same on a Windows 10 tablet, also with FC8. The bug also occurred on both installations.
Then another FC7 installation, the same error, no Com ports.

I have just installed FC8.1 on a 64 win 7 note book and again COM injector and Serial monitor are able to select ports.
Just a guess but could it be a licence issue?
When you select Help, view licences does Comms A look like it's enabled?

Thanks Medelec for the hint. I have unlocked all feature packs (since version FC3). But the note in the text on the version FC8.1 was good, I had not considered that I'm looking for a newer version. The automatic updates will spoil you quickly!
With FC8.1 I have my com ports again.
