If Ben's topic doesn't help, then please PM me with the programs and I will have a look. There have been some changes behind the scenes with the 2D panel and your projects will help me determine what is going on.

Regards,
Steve.

I am having the same problem. I did an update this morning and my 2D panel no longer works with LED. The Generic, single LED does not exist anymore and what is left does not simulate.

A simple program to flash a LED at 1 second increments.
I did the suggested Local size change as Benji stated above.

Please help as I am dead in the water and cannot proceed.

Larry

Disregard this post, I did what Benji suggested in a earlier post and now all is good -- so far.

Hi MM!

Unfortunaly i did not help. The problem for me is not the size, But my window look strange and miss test, and look different.

I tryed to follow Ben`s advice, but it only adjust the size, not change the component.

The component still look like in my att. picture in my first post. :|

Hi Jorgen,

Thanks for the file. We've discovered the issue and there is a quick workaround - set the Graphics Engine to "OpenGL hardware" (this is in the "Application" tab of "Global Options").

We'll hopefully find a fix for the software mode over the next week or so, but for now the workaround above should solve your immediate problem.

Regards,
Steve.

Hi Jorgen,

That's strange. We managed to replicate the problem with your program on a few PCs here.

Did you restart Flowcode and/or your PC? Also, when you restarted Flowcode, has the setting in Global Options permanently changed to the hardware mode?

Regards,
Steve.

Hi Jorgen,

That's strange - the problem we identified here only affects the OpenGL Software mode. Perhaps the Hardware more on your PC is not available or there is another problem preventing this.

This will not be simple for us to solve, so you should either use your other PC or install the earlier version of Flowcode. We'll try to get a fix out to you next week.

Regards,
Steve.

Hi Jorgen

I once had similar problems.
Not only with flowcode but with other graphics programs as well.
I had to remove my old graphiccard (radeon) and install a Nvidia graphics card. Only a cheap gtx1050.
FC8.2 works fine on my two computers.
Maybe you have an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 processor graphics where you can change and test.

regards

Stefan

Hi Stefan!

Many thanks for your kind and suggest. After running and install the path 8.2 I have no problems with either FC 5 6 7 and before I downloaded the path to FC8.2 there have been no problems at all. The problem came after installing FC8.2 so and now it´s only in FC8.2. I have also no problem´s with other kind of my software.

I don't think it can be the hardware, in my opinion there must be something about FC8 8.2
Honestly, this is very strange, for the other PC I have no problems with FC8.2, and again it came after update, so????

Steve promised to investigate next week, hopefully he can do magic

Nice weekend-

Jorgen

Hi Jorgen,

There are a few bits of information I need from you to proceed, which you can find by using a tool such as Realtech VR's OpenGL Extensions Viewer:
http://realtech-vr.com/admin/glview

Specifically, I need to know the version of OpenGL used on the problem PC and information about its capabilities. Here's a picture of the GL Report screen:

At the top of the image, there are 2 buttons for saving the report (as text or as XML). If you can save that report and then post it here (or PM it to me) it will be a big help in solving this problem.

Regards,
Steve.

Thanks, Jorgen.

This file should solve your problem:

https://matrixts-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/ ... Q?e=2tfRTo

You will need to rename the extension to .exe, and then replace the existing FlowcodeV8.exe file on your PC (you may want to make a copy of the current EXE first).

Please let me know if this works for you.

Regards,
Steve.

Hi steve!

Oh my god, as I have told before, you MM guy´s and Valued C can do magic
After rename and replase, I start FC and Windows came up first time and make nonsense, next time no problem and the dashboard look normal
again, perfect. :D What was wrong ?

I know it is an old PC, but working very well.

Hopefully it had no influence on my project if I move my project from one laptob to another and opposite. Sometime I start a project on the one PC and maybe continue on another PC later?

I am really gratefull, and thank´s Steve.
