Hello,

Has it worked previously or is this the first time you've used it on that PC.

Did you have another monitor connected at some point? Could the Flowcode window still be there but now appearing off screen or is the app also disappearing from the task bar?

Hello,

This is an unusual problem. Normally we would expect some kind of error. We will reset your settings to default in order to rule out some sort of configuration setting causing the issue.

Please try the following:

1) Click on your start menu and type "regedit.exe" to open Windows Registry Editor. (Please be extreemly careful using Regedit as you can easily damage your Windows installation.)
2) Then navigate, using the left-hand pane, to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MatrixTSL,
3) Delete the key in the left-hand pane named "FlowcodeV8" (when asked if you wish to delete this key and all subkeys, click YES).
4) Close Regedit
5) Using Windows Explorer, navigate to "C:\ProgramData\MatrixTSL" (this folder may be hidden, and you will have to type it into the address bar in Windows Exploer), and delete the folder "FlowcodeV8".

This should reset all of the settings in Flowcode V8 to the default, the same as when the software was first installed, and should rule out any setting in Flowcode causing this problem.

Regards,

Daniel
