Changing email address on Flowcode account?

Hi,
A few years back I purchased Flowcode 6 then upgraded to 7. I would like to upgrade to Flowcode 8, but no longer have access to the email address used when originally purchased. When I go to the page to change the email, I enter the new email address and hit confirm and then nothing happens.
How can I change the email address associated with the account if I no longer have access to that email?
