Cool idea when working with small chips!!

Post by Werner »

I have been popping in and out small 8 pin chips from EB006 to my proto units and came up with a very user friendly way of doing it without the use of tools. Try it you will like it!! :D

That is a good idea!
I usually can't find a screwdriver to prise out chips when I need 1.
That soves that problem.
Thanks :)

neat concept, i bet if the tape was on the bottom in a fashion where it couldnt short the pins (not sure of dielectric value) you could have a lifting tab on each end to lift out 28 and 40 pin chips easily, im fond of my black heatshrinked screwdriver but like martin says its hard to find the thing when needing it
