ADC component connection not storing

Post by medelec35 »

Using Flowcode_PIC16bit
Professional Version
Flowcode v4.4.13.69 on 64bit win7
When I select a connection for a newly added ADC component to PID demo, connection keeps revering to Unconnected state.

Hello Martin.

Is it like the picture below where the connect to keeps defaulting back to unconnected or is it is the actual ADC channel value at the top that is defaulting back to unconnected?

Yes that's exactly it, in the picture.
if i select ADC0 for example, then go back into connection properties, it reverts back to unconnected.

Hi Ben,
Does the same thing happen to you, or is it just localised to my set up?
If it is just me, then I can try reinstalling.
If not, I can wait for a solution. No urgency on my side. :)

Hi Martin,

It does happen to me on my version, however it only seems to change the selection menu and does not change the ADC that is selected, only if you change from the drop down menu does it change the selected ADC in the window above, it does seem to be a bug, but im wondering if it is effecting you worse as it seems to be only a display issue for me.

Thanks David.
Your right!
It is only visual, and will allow the flowchart to be compiled successfully using correct channel.
To be honest, since I said it was a low priority, I did stop as soon as I spotted the bug, just waiting for a reply before I continued and got on with something else.
Rather than see if compiles. I will Alter tile to suit.
