Success in Ireland for Matrix TSL

A few weeks ago, we told you about the ASE (Association for Science Education) Conference in Northern Ireland we were attending on Friday 2nd June. This week, Chris Partington who attended the exhibition and travelled around Irish institutions showcasing Matrix’s solutions to teachers and lecturers gave us a summary of the week.

“During the days leading up to the ASE Conference, I took some time to visit institutions including Colleges, Universities and Automotive training centres in Dublin, Armagh, Letterkenny and Springtown. This has helped us increase our knowledge of how the Irish systems differ to systems here in the UK. I saw some fabulous technicians and hopefully they were impressed with the Locktronics kits I had to show.

The conference itself at St Mary’s University in Belfast on the Friday was very well set up and published by the ASE for Northern Ireland. The attendance was high and it was generally a very busy show. I was constantly demonstrating our Locktronics kits to teachers who had used it in the past or new to the product.”

All in all, taking a week to look deeper into what’s on offer in Ireland has given us some positive opportunities to progress further.
