A quad seven segment display is for E-blocks is available. It contains four separate displays housed though you can use just a single 7-segment display should you wish. The component uses two E-blocks ports: one for the Anodes (4 lines, one for each 7-segment display) and one for the cathodes (8 lines, one for each segment).
