Symptoms :

When trying to run the course on a 64-bit machine you get the message "serial number not found or incorrect"

Cause :

The cause for the problem is that Windows automatically assigns the registry information into the 64-bit portion of the registry. 32-bit programs are then unable to find the information.

Solution :

We have created a small application to run on the 64-bit machine to detect and fix the registry problem automatically.

First download the patcher aplication from here.

Place the RegFix64.exe in an empty folder where you have the read/write permissions.

Right click on RegFix64.exe and select “Run as Administrator”.

From the dialog box select the course that is installed on your system.

Click on “Apply Fix” button to patch the course installation.
