Flowcode can now work seamlessly with Microchip's PICkit2 programming interface with the following instructions:

1) Run Flowcode and open the compiler options windows

2) Change the first "Programmer location" entry to the location of the "pk2cmd.exe" file, e.g.
C:\Program Files\Matrix Multimedia\Flowcode V4\Tools\PICkit2\pk2cmd.exe

3) Change the first "Programmer parameters" to:
-BC:\Program Files\Matrix Multimedia\Flowcode V4\Tools\PICkit2\ -PPIC%p -F%f.hex -M -A5 -R

4) Make sure "Use programmer to set configuration options" is ticked.

5) In the second Programmer Location field use the following settings.
C:\Program Files\Matrix Multimedia\Flowcode V4\Tools\PPP\PPPv3.exe

6) In the second Programmer Parameters field use the following settings.
-cs 2 -chip PIC%p -config

7) Click "OK"

You should now be able to use the PICKIT2 programmer.
The PICkit2 device may need to have its firmware updated. If so, instructions can be found in the readme file located with the pk2cmd.exe file.
