Firstly go to the forums by this link:

In the top right hand corner there will be a Register button.

Clicking on this register button will take you to a terms & conditions screen. After agreeing you will be prompted to input some details. After you have finished filling out the details, then you can click register at the bottom. You will also be asked a question relating to Matrix, this should be fairly straight forward to answer, if you have any problems please use the contact form linked below.

You will receive an email straight away telling you that your account is being processed.
