CoCo Speech problems or CoCo crashing while closing.

Cause :

The software needed the speech fix and the windows fix to allow it to be closed successfully. The fixes work fine but not when you try to run the software under and accounts other than administrator.

Solution :

Log in as administrator and then run the following file.
