Re: A little cosmetic mistake. PIC32MZ

Hi Lagoda, I think it's because Flowcode is treating it as a 32-bit device and assumes 32-bit ports. So L and H don't cut it and instead they are numbered 0-3 for the 4 bytes. 0 being the L byte. I'll have a look and see if this is easy to fix as the ports on PIC32 are 16-bit max. Maybe we need a se...

Re: Selecting a 2.048V reference voltage in PIC16F15324

Hello, I've found the bug and I'll push a fix to the v8 update system for you tomorrow. If you want the fix today then you can apply it yourself by going here. "C:\ProgramData\MatrixTSL\FlowcodeV8\CAL\PIC" Open the file "PIC_CAL_ADC.c" in a text editor and find line 6356, it shou...

Re: The PIC16F15344 PWM component can only be set to 8-bit mode.

Hi Lagoda,

If you use the SetDutyCycle10Bit macro this should hopefully allow a 10-bit value 0-1023 to be accepted. Let me know if it's not working on hardware.

Re: The PIC16F15344 PWM component can only be set to 8-bit mode.

Hi Lagoda,

Have you tried channels 1 and 3? Channels 1-2 are CCP based outputs. Channels 3-6 are PWM based outputs, hence 6 available PWM type outputs.

Re: The PIC16F15344 PWM component can only be set to 8-bit mode.

Hi Lagoda, Are you running 8.1 with the latest updates. I've looked at the code and just found this. #ifdef MX_PWM_NEW_TMR_CONF2 T2CLKCON = 1; //FOSC/4 #endif Looking at the 16F15344 device definition and the MX_PWM_NEW_TMR_CONF2 is being defined correctly? You can check this by viewing the C code i...

Re: The PIC16F15344 PWM component can only be set to 8-bit mode.

Hi Lagoda, I think you have quite a lot of parallel tasks now. Yes one or two on the go, support is not one of the main ones  I went through the definitions again this morning and checked that all the 16(L)F153xx family had the correct PWM definition. Most were ok but a couple were incorrect s...

Re: Flowcode V8 update on an offline machine

Hi,
The online updates go to
C:\ProgramData\MatrixTSL\FlowcodeV8
So updating that directory should do what you want.
Is that the directory that you tried?

Re: PIC32 UART port Remap Pins setup

Hi Lagoda, All looks ok to me. Here's the pin list for UART channel 1 RX pins. UARTRXPins.jpg And here is the datasheet for the U1RX peripheral pin, note not quite in the same order but seems to be the same pins available. UARTRXPins2.jpg The PIC32 devices have a more limited approach to remapping w...

Re: Pic32MZ2048EFG100 UART is 4 times to slow

Hi Ben To set the clock divider is working but it's not the problem. I think it's more on the UART config. It looks like the BRGH is wrong (I or 0) I will check it tomorrow…. here the code to set PB2DIV //Unlock Combination _SFR_WRITE(&SYSKEY, 0xAA996655); _SFR_WRITE(&SYSKEY, 0x556699AA); //...

Re: Flowcode v8.2.1.13 freezes

Hi Lagoda, Hmm this sounds interesting. I'll see if I can replicate here. It might be worth trying to delete the folder "C:\ProgramData\MatrixTSL\FlowcodeV8" When you next start Flowcode it will restore the folder for you and hopefully get you back to the just installed state. Then maybe t...

Re: PIC18F67K40 UART "SendString" problem

Hi Lagoda, On 18F devices the extended CPU config setting can cause problems with strings, however looking at your config settings it looks like this is already set to disabled. Maybe try enabling the setting just in case it's been inverted? What happens if you load the string constant into a string...

Re: PIC18F67K40 16x2 LCD Configure

Looks like this could be due a silicon error, see page 4 ..
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/D ... 00715D.pdf

Could you try this C code at the start of the program

Code: Select all

asm ("BSF NVMCON1, 7");

Re: Setting IP of ESP8266

Hello,
I use the Uart interface for the ESP8266 module.
Below are the necessary steps to define a station AP and to specify the IP address, client name, passkey and encryption method, here WPA_PSK.I hope there is something for you.
