but basically I want to build that wireless communication for replace the old one using RS485 com so no more cable to use. Could that zigbee suitable for this?

Not sure for this, but I hope I can send at least a switch on/off command and some additional time code like hh:mm:ss through to all slaves

Assuming that you are correct on the Vnet setup,
I have a Simple program that fully worked and Simulated by the Vnet server on my computer.
try them and let me know then.

I'm using fcv5.5.2.1 is it updated? error occur when I compile them into hex file. Yes I hope the UART can work separately because I configure the HW UART to receive gps information then I use the software uart to send some data to another pic micro.
