Re: RFID test file
Hello, Got it working! Thanks a lot ...I am not really sure what the problem was ...I rewired the connections, and sent the program again, and the light switchs to green. I don't think I had a bad connection, since the power was going to the board, but it probably was something silly I had done! Sor...

Re: RFID test file
Hello, Thanks for the reply ...Yea, I have done that; I have held the card over the sensor in the middle of the module, and over the antenna too ...no joy. The LED stays red. I have tried reseting the board when the LED is red too, and after a seciond or so, the test fails again ...also, I have trie...

RFID test file
Hello, I have just hooked up the RFID module (EB052), connected up V+ and ground etc., and next loaded on the test file that O downloaded from the site here. However, when the hex file is sent, the LCD screen says 'Test Started', then after a few seconds it says 'Test Failed : 12'. Does anyone have ...

Re: Utilising received packets
Hi,
I was hoping to keep it relatively simple tp start with, how would I go about moving the data received within the packet into an array
and simply compare the array with four other values. Which would determine the state of the i/o?

Utilising received packets
Hi, I'm currently working on a remote control project using 877A and EB023. I've established communications using UDP across a VLAN and can print out strings sent to EB023 on the LCD. My problem is determining the best way to use the recieved data to implement i/o changes. I'd really appreciate any ...

Re: EB023 UDP RX problem
Hi Screed,
I've since managed to establish communications using UDP, but a comparison of the c code for transmission may still prove
helpful.
Thanks again

Re: EB023 UDP RX problem
Hey Guys, I too am developing a remote control system using Microchips tcp/ip stack, but I'm having trouble establishing communications through UDP. As I'm new to flowcode, I don't know if the problem lies there or somewhere else. Would you be able to post your flowcode, so I could do a comparison? ...

Re: Tcp/ip
Thanks again Steve,
Is it possible to send UDP packets to a remote PIC using the hyperterminal or Hercules (HW Group freeware, for communicating over tcp/ip)?

Hey,
Thanks Steve, is there any chance you've any code you have used to implement UDP to change i/o?

Tcp/ip
Hi I'm a student currently working on my fourth year project, which involves controlling i/o of the PIC16F877A remotely using matrix's internet board. My problem is deciding the best option for sending messages to the board i.e. UDP, HTML, TCP etc? I realised that the memory on the 16F877A is restri...

Re: EB006 board. Onboard chip issues.
Hello, Still no joy. Whenever I hook up my board, I don't get a request for drivers etc., but everything seems to be installed correctly anyway. Checked all the jumpers etc., and they are fine. But still cannot detect the onboard chip. But if I change the version of the board, it jumps back to Versi...

EB006 board. Onboard ship issues.
Hello, I am hoping someone can maybe give me a hand with a problem. I got the EB006 programming board over the weeked. I loaded the software etc. but whenever I connect everything up, and I try to Autodetect the chip, I am getting a message that tells me the it cannot detect the onboard chip. I am a...
