Since I am affected by the same problem, I also carried out these tests on my computer.
I got the same bad results.
An idea from a colleague was that maybe the cause could be the Intel 10TH Gen processors?

I only opened the mLoader once to test it. I downloaded and installed Flowcode in December 2019.
The mLoader is started from the flow code directory.
The mLoader was also downloaded separately and started with the same bad result.

I installed Flowcode 8 on a new Windows 10 laptop from DELL. I installed the drivers for the BL-0080 from the directory C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Flowcode v8 \ Drivers \ E-blocks2.
