PIC16F15325 ... very nice little chip.!!!

Hello guys.. so Ben said use a PIC16F15325..!! So it has 2 hardware channels of UARTs.. AND YOU CAN PUT THEM ON ANY PINS... except like MCLR... and power pins... The Flowcode Build -> Config options also shows that the MCLR pin... can be set to be MCLR is MCLR.. OR... MCLR to be used as an input pin...

Also note from my attachments... that my UART... does not have a .... REMAP PIN.... Where do you download the files... from please..???...

Re: UART / circular buffer - performance - non-performance..

Helo Ben.... so can you please lookl at the attached picture... and see that the properties of the UART... are not what one would expect... I would expect that... the hardware channel UART... for a PIC16f1615 would be .. C4 and C5 ... NOT C0... with the RX unconnected... if you try to change any val...

Hello Ben... yeah.. points - taken.... Now I might say - that I have the whole system working perfectly... up until say Saturday morning..!! So I have the two software UART's working absolutely perfectly... and the one hardware UART... The çircuit'was working absolutely perfectly... and I am very gr...

UART - sendchar / sendnumber

Hello folks.... yeah - okay so I have become totally confused - BUT until I tried some other 'stuff' ... then I found stranger things... In the UART component... one has SENDCHAR , and then SENDNUMBER ... So now... in one program... what I would call a number generator... on another PIC chip... I ha...

Re: UART / circular buffer - performance - non-performance..

Hello Unca' Ben... Okay so attached is a short program I stuck together... which uses A5 on the processor in a SOFTWARE UART... of the PIC16F1615 chip. C2 is used in a software uart... to print... out...the values derived from the output... .... cause the program is a free stander.. it is not really...

EEPROM - built in eeprom in chips..

Hello folks.. so in Data menu of flowcode 8, is EEPROM, for the internal eeprom of a chip, to which one may store data to.. If you put it into say 2D dashboard... examine the properties, you see some default values.- OKAY.. So then you write a program, to use the WRITE or READ function of EEPROM... ...

SO... I have made this handy lil... power switcher board... which I hitch onto the end of the white bread boards... the normal units which should hopefully be available to most of us... I hope... Hello Leigh... and Ben .... yeah - that was a mess up... and that was completely incorrect.... hmmm...(A gremlin)... Hello Leigh... okay so.. we DO NOT STAND ALONE...!!! There is something WRONG WITH THE MCP7940 CHIP ... made by microchip...!!!
