Here is the schematics.

I have changed Q5 (BS250), and Q4 (BS170), and it is still the same. Q6 is turned on, so the pin 1 is pulled to the ground, but there is a parasite diode in Q5 that causes problems? Q5 should be fully off. I get 3,75V when pin 1 should be low.

Hi. I don't know about code, but this PIC has some silicon anomalies, and Microchip has published errata files on it. Maybe some of that is causing you issues.

Thank you. Yes, I forgot to add a loop. For me, it did not generate hex file, but generated c file, when I clicked on compile to hex. It is giving me message: "You do not have a valid licence to perform this action". (See attachment) I did not yet activated the paid licence, it is still free version...
