Re: Flowcode 9 Bugs!

Hmm so all the text is slightly off in terms of coordinates. Thats very odd. I can't see anything that might cause this in the code.

How does what you have now compare to the simulation?

Wow 25 is pretty impressive :D

I wonder if we are overflowing the size of the array or something?

Re: Modbus slave on USB serial macro

Hi James, Hmm I changed the default property inside the component but looks like it maybe hasn't stuck. For now you can do the following to hopefully rectify the problem. Click on View -> Component Debugger Check the tickbox "Expose full component tree" In the property window click the drop down rig...

Re: ESP8266 as target chip

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the spot with the Bluetooth compilation error. I've now found and fixed this for you.

Let us know if you get anywhere with the WIFI scanning problem. Sounds odd. Was it working initially but then stops working after a while?

Re: XC8 1.45 syntax error programming PIC18F47K40

Hi Roy, This takes a while to compile and then looking at the .as file some of the goto's are negative numbers which is very odd. l3165: line -32434 goto l37554 l3166: line -32365 l3167: goto l3167 line -32364 It looks like there is a lot of similarity between all the CAVO macros. Maybe it would be ...

Re: Flowcode 9 Bugs!

Hopefully the new version should be correct again in terms of the rectangle.

It looks like there is also an offset between the earlier version and the new version. Might be worth printing a line from 0,0 to 239, 319 and seeing where it starts and ends to see what is required here.

Re: Flowcode 9 Bugs!

Hi Jorgen, Please can you explain what is and isn't working for the ILI component in v8. No matter what I do it only write 9? Also please can you attach your v9 program and I will look at that too. I'm guessing you have selected a font called number which only contains numeric characters, try select...

Re: Flowcode 9 Bugs!

Hello, 1) I'll look at the ILI display problem for you now, not sure what's gone wrong here. If we can fix in v8 then I'll roll it out to v9 which has the new additional options for new fonts etc. Edit the v9 component looks like it should already be ok. What problems are you having here. A v8 progr...

Re: graphics and images on tft screens

There are two components currently in Flowcode to allow you to do this. Both live inside the Displays -> Graphical Library component category. Re: Modbus slave on USB serial macro

Hi James,

I was wrong, I managed to fit it in for you today and wasn't as much work as I thought it might be.

It should now be available via the v8 update system. Let me know how you get on and if it works ok I'll add it into v9 too.

Re: Flowcode V9 new component just been added

Hi Martin, Yes should work on any of the targets as long as you can create a timer interrupt at the required baud rate. I dare say you could also use it with an INT type external interrupt if you can generate the correct input frequency. The RX and TX buffers are very useful and have given me ideas ...

I can't really look into it today for you but I'll have a crack at it next week if that's ok.

Re: Flowcode V9 new component just been added

Thanks Martin, Glad your liking the new component. It's a bit different to the standard UART component but hopefully should provide a more stable and reliable software UART option. The nice thing about it is that it can now send and receive data at the same time as well as being none blocking for yo...

Hi Roy,

You might just be able to login with your existing details. I'm not 100% on the way the new site works so let us know if this does or doesn't work for you.

Yes I think v8 to v9 is a 50% discount.

Re: Bit toggling doesn't work

Hello, If you are teting with a multimeter then it might be the pin is toggling on and off too fast for it to see 0V and 3V3. This is a good simple test to get you started and to confirm your configuration settings. https://www.matrixtsl.com/wiki/index.php?title=One_second_LED_flasher Basically what...

Hello,

Are you placing the code inside the interrupt icon and not inside a C icon? The %n is correct and will be overridden for you.

If you post a simple project with the code you have then we can take a look for you.
